Q: Do you offer discounts?

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We offer FREE U.S. Shipping on all orders $50+ and FREE International Shipping for orders that are $150+. U.S. Standard Flat Rate Shipping is $5.99 and U.S. First Class and Priority Mail, as well as International Standard Shipping are calculated by weight. See our shipping policy here.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: It is our hope that you love your purchase as much as we do, however, if there are any issues, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds past 30 days after purchase. All Sale, Custom, and International orders are final sale. Q: What size should I purchase? 

A: We try to be as accurate as possible with sizing and offer sizing information on the product page of each item. Find our full sizing chart hereYou may experience slight shrinkage after the first wash.

Q: How should I care for my shirt? 

A: Our shirts are made from 100% Cotton. We recommend machine washing inside out on cold with like colors, do not bleach or dry clean, do not iron on design, and dry on low heat. For best results hang/lay flat to dry.

Q: When will I get my order?

A: Our order processing time is 3-7 business days, Monday-Friday. You will be emailed and/or texted shipping and tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. Your actual shipping time will vary depending on where you live and your selected shipping option. Learn more about shipping here

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: We can not guarantee order changes or cancellations. We are only able to  change or cancel an order if it is still in the processing phase. Our system does not permit changes once we have processed your order. We recommend emailing us at info@kammykids.com immediately to request a change or to cancel an order.
