Shipping
Our order processing time is 3-7 business days of order date, Monday-Friday unless otherwise stated for pre-orders. You will be emailed and/or texted shipping details once your order has processed and has shipped. Shipping time can vary from 1-8 business days depending on where you live and your selected shipping option. Please be aware that shipping delays are possible with most carriers due to Covid-19 and are out of our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered.
Refused or returned packages that are received will be refunded and charged a returned shipping fee equal to the original shipping cost and will not be reshipped. Please verify your address before confirming your purchase when re-ordering.
We offer the following shipping options with an estimated transit time of 1-8 business days for US orders and an estimated transit time of 10-21 business days for International orders (we do not ship to PO Boxes). Kammy Kids, LLC has the right to choose our preferred shipping carrier when you choose our Standard Flat Rate US Shipping. We typically ship via USPS, but will sometimes use UPS or FedEx.

*Kammy Kids, LLC does not assume responsibility for VAT charges or import duties. The customer is responsible for all import duties and VAT charges. These fees are separate and are not included in your order total. All International orders are considered final sale and will only be refunded, less shipping, if we receive a returned or refused package.
Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns for US orders if received within 15 days of delivery. Simply follow the instructions below, or reach out to us at info@kammykids.com if you have any questions.
Return/Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days of delivery date. We do not offer refunds past 30 days after purchase. All Sale, Custom, and International orders are final sale.
Shipping for Returns
At this time, we do not offer return labels but hope to in the future.
Email us at info@kammykids.com to initiate your return and to get instructions on how to proceed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging, if applicable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that are missing tags and/or damaged will be reviewed for a partial refund or denied.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm your refund status.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, less shipping cost. Shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. You may then re-order the correct item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take up to 7 business day's before your refund officially posts. Please contact us at kammykidsboutique@gmail.com if you have not received your refund after 7 business days.
Please note: We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance
